  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. sausage

Directions

    Cook sausage and then peel potatoes.

    Boil until tender and mash with cooked sausage and all other ingredients.

    Mix well. Put in casserole dish or pie plate.

    Cook at 375° for 30 minutes. Serve with bread or in pastry.
