  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

    Cook sausage and onion over low heat until brown.

    Drain fat. Add cheese, whole egg, Tabasco sauce, salt and parsley.
