- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. pkg. pork sausage
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. heavy or whipping cream
- 9-inch pie crust
Directions

1Cook sausage over medium heat until well browned.

2Remove sausage with slotted spoon to paper towel and let drain.

3Spread margarine on pie crust.

4Sprinkle sausage and cheese on pie crust. Preheat oven to 425°.
