- 9-inch pie shell
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Bake pie shell at 400° for 3 minutes.

2Prick with fork, bake 5 minutes longer and let cool.

3Cook sausage until browned; drain. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl.

4Mix lightly.

5Stir in sausage.

6Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over pastry shell; top with sausage mixture.

7Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup cheese and bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until set.
