- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 pie shells (9-inch)
Directions

1Bake pie shells 5 minutes; set aside.

2Mix sausage that has been fried and drained.

3Mix with remaining ingredients.

4Divide in the 2 pie shells.

5Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
