- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook meat and drain well.

2Spread on bottom of greased casserole dish.

3Sprinkle cheese on top.

4Mix milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper in bowl with wire whip.

5Add onion and pepper; pour over top of meat and cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm in middle.
