- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1 lb. pan sausage
Directions

1Brown pan sausage until crumbly and set aside.

2Combine the 2 cheeses.

3Pour them into a well-greased baking dish.

4Blend the eggs, milk and biscuit mix very well.

5Pour this over the cheese. Sprinkle with the sausage.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
