Sausage-Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. uncooked rice (regular, not Minute)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (may be left out)

Directions

    Mix and put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Bake at 325° until rice is tender (approximately 30 minutes).

    (Sausage may be cooked some and crumbled and drained to cut down on grease.)
