  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 packages active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 6 sausages

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast and milk (cover the yeast with flour first then mix altogether)

    Knead the dough until it becomes elastic

    Cover the dough with wrap and leave it in the dark place for 40 mins
  4. 4
    Knead the dough and divide it into 6 rolls

    Knead each roll into long tube and roll to enclose the sausages
  6. 6
    Bake in a pre-heated oven (355 F) for 25 mins, transfer onto cooling rack and cool them completely
