- 1 pound Lean Ground Pork Or Sausage Meat
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 package Pre Rolled Puff Pastry
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 1 whole Egg
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 220c.

2(425 F.)

3Mix together the meat, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and salt and pepper in a bowl.

4Lay sheets of pastry out on your counter top.

5Cut in to 3 sections width ways and 6 longways, this should leave you with 18 rectangles.

6(You can cut them larger so you get 9 from each sheet if you please) Do the same with the second sheet.

7Brush a little mustard on each (or how much you like!)

8Next get a ball of the meat mixture and place it on each pastry rectangle, then wrap the pastry around it like a cigar.

9Paint each one with beaten egg.

10Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.

11These are really good hot or cold and are totally spectacular with some A1 brown sauce
