  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. sharp cheese
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Take sausage out of casing and fry, breaking up into small pieces.

    Drain off fat and mix with remaining ingredients.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Bake on ungreased pan for 12 minutes at 400°.
