- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
Directions

1Melt butter; add water and bring to a boil.

2Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix.

3Add sausage and egg; mix well.

4Cover and chill 30 minutes.

5Shape chilled mixture into 24 (2 x 3/4-inch) logs.

6Wrap a piece of bacon around each log; fasten with a toothpick.

7Place on a cookie sheet with sides.

8Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

9Turn logs and bake an additional 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

10Drain well on paper towels; serve warm.
