- 14 oz ground beef
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 None bacon, chopped
- 1 None egg
- 2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 None orange, peel grated
- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp milk
- None None Tomato ketchup, to serve
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.

2Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, bacon, egg, thyme, cranberry sauce and orange peel. Process until almost smooth. Season to taste. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with large tip.

3Cut each pastry sheet into 3 even strips. Pipe filling lengthwise along center of each pastry strip. Brush edges with milk. Roll up to enclose. Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces.

4Place seam side down on prepared pans. Brush with milk and prick with a fork.

5Bake 10-15 mins, until pastry is puffed and golden. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
