  • 1 lb. ground turkey sausage
  • 8 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 party loaf pumpernickel bread
