- 1 pkg. smoked sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. frozen broccoli
- 1/3 c. frozen cauliflower
- 1/3 c. carrots
- 1/3 c. frozen corn
- 1/3 c. frozen peas
- rice or noodles
Directions

1Cut sausage into bite-size pieces.

2Saute sausage and onion in skillet until onion is tender.

3Add vegetables, cover and simmer, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Serve over rice or noodles.
