Sausage Spaghetti Dinner

Ingredients
- 2 lb. smoked link sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions

1Cook sausage in a Dutch oven over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.

2Add onions and cook until lightly browned. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cook and simmer about 35 minutes.

4Add green pepper; simmer an additional 10 minutes.

5Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

6Serve sauce over spaghetti.

7Sprinkle with cheese.
