Sausage, spinach, and rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 ground sausage
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 fresh spinach
  • dash season salt
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 vegetable oil

Directions

    In a medium skillet start cooking the ground sausage on medium high with the oil

    When that's half way done add the onions if you have peppers add it
  3. 3
    When the onions and sausage are completely cooked fold in the spinach
  4. 4
    This is the point where you add the red crush peppers and season salt cook till the spinach looks semi wilted

    Add the leftover rice you had in your fridge

    Keep cooking until the rice is heated evenly than add cheese

    Remove from heat and plate.

    You can use it as a side dish or eat it for breakfast
