- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 ground sausage
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 3/4 fresh spinach
- dash season salt
- cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 vegetable oil
Directions

1In a medium skillet start cooking the ground sausage on medium high with the oil

2When that's half way done add the onions if you have peppers add it

3When the onions and sausage are completely cooked fold in the spinach

4This is the point where you add the red crush peppers and season salt cook till the spinach looks semi wilted

5Add the leftover rice you had in your fridge

6Keep cooking until the rice is heated evenly than add cheese

7Remove from heat and plate.

8You can use it as a side dish or eat it for breakfast
