- 2 c. cooked crumbled sausage
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack, grated
- 1 c. Hidden Valley original salad dressing mix
- 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1 pkg. fresh or frozen wonton wrappers or eggroll wrappers, cut in 4ths
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blot sausage dry and combine with cheese, salad dressing mix, olives and red pepper.

3Lightly grease mini-muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup.

4Brush with oil or spray with Pam.

5Bake 5 minutes, until golden.

6Remove from tins and place on baking sheet.

7Fill with sausage mixture.

8Bake 5 minutes, until hot.

9Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
