Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked crumbled sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack, grated
  • 1 c. Hidden Valley original salad dressing mix
  • 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1 pkg. fresh or frozen wonton wrappers or eggroll wrappers, cut in 4ths
  • vegetable oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blot sausage dry and combine with cheese, salad dressing mix, olives and red pepper.

    Lightly grease mini-muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup.

    Brush with oil or spray with Pam.

    Bake 5 minutes, until golden.

    Remove from tins and place on baking sheet.

    Fill with sausage mixture.

    Bake 5 minutes, until hot.

    Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
