  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 10 sprigs coriander
  • 1/2 garlic clove

    Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Cut the sausages into thin slices, wash thoroughly and slice the mushrooms into thin slices, wash the sprigs of coriander and break them without chopping, and crush the garlic cloves (without peeling) with the help of a wooden spoon.

    Then just take a nonstick skillet (preferably, but optional) to the heat, put a few drops of olive oil along with the sausages. When the sausages begin to brown, add all remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally. When the mushrooms are cooked, it is ready to serve.
