- 1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms (about 1/4 lb.)
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. Minute original instant enriched or premium long grain rice (uncooked)
Directions

1Brown sausage in saucepan or skillet. Add celery, mushrooms and onions; cook 3 minutes.

2Add broth and seasoning.

3Bring to a boil.

4Stir in rice; cover.

5Remove from heat.

6Let stand 5 minutes.

7Makes about 5 cups stuffing or 10 servings.
