Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 5 or 6 c. bread cubes
Directions

1In frying pan put sausage, onions and celery.

2Saute until sausage is turning brown.

3(You should have lots of grease; add some butter if you need more.)

4Add garlic, parsley, mushrooms (save the liquid to put in later), salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning and marjoram.

5Stir everything and continue sauteing until sausage is brown.

6Add liquid from mushrooms and turn off the heat.

7Put bread cubes in and mix lightly.

8There should be enough liquid to moisten the bread.
