- 4 slices bacon, cut up
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 lb. red potatoes, sliced
- 3 c. broccoli, cut up
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. crumpled marjoram
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. kielbasa, sliced
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

2Remove from pan, drain and crumble.

3Add vegetables and seasonings to pan drippings.

4Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, tossing frequently. Add kielbasa slices and water.

5Cover and cook over medium-low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, tossing occasionally.

6Sprinkle bacon on top.

7Serve.
