- 2 bunch rapini
- 4 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1trim 1/2inch from rapini base

2cut rapini into thirds

3in a pot of boiling salted water cook rapini for about 5minutes

4after cook drain the water

5in a sauce pan add the olive oil and the garlic cook a bit (carefully the garlic burns fast )

6add the drain rapini lemon juice and the sugar

7stir well for a couple of minutes and is done
