- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 5 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- cinnamon to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine in heavy skillet over low heat.

2Add apples, stirring until coated with margarine.

3Cover and saute, shaking skillet occasionally to prevent sticking, 5 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.

4Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
