  • 3 whole Fresh, Medium Sized Beets
  • 3 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Cut greens off of beets and peel each whole beet. Grate each beet (will yield approximately 3 cups of shredded beet). In a large saute or frying pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium high. Add beets and stir. Lower heat to medium and saute beets until tender (approximately 7 minutes). Salt and pepper to taste.
