  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 pound trimmed Broccolini
  • 1/2 cup unsalted chicken stock (such as Swanson)
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Add Broccolini to pan; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken stock. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 6 minutes or until Broccolini is crisp-tender. Stir in vinegar, salt, and pepper.
