- 1 large whole cauliflower
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (6 oz.)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Quickly cook cauliflower in boiling, salted water, 4 to 6 minutes.

2Drain well and slice very thin or chop coarse.

3Texture will be crisp and center may be be warmed through, but no matter. Melt butter in a heavy skillet.

4Add cauliflower and toss well over very, very, low heat until most of butter has been absorbed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5Squeeze lemon juice over it.

6Very tasty.
