Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes

- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes with stems removed, washed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt or to taste
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1With a small sharp knife, cut a small cross in the stem end of each tomato.

2Put the tomatoes in a single layer in a medium size saucepan.

3Add the oil and garlic and sprinkle with the salt. Saute over low heat until tomatoes are just heated through, about 5 minutes, stirring gently several times.

4Sprinkle with the parsley and serve hot.
