Sauteed Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts boned
  • 3 green peppers sliced lengthwise
  • onions 3 med., sliced lengthwise
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 4 tomatoes salad, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 package snow peas frozen, if fresh, add before mushrooms

Directions

    Have all items chopped BEFORE starting to cook.

    Saute in oil in a large Dutch oven (or preferably in a wok), adding each item in order.

    Don't overcook vegetables!

    Should be just tender-crisp.

    Serve over rice with soy sauce.
