  • 3 to 4 slices tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • seasoned flour
  • brown sugar

Directions

    Slice tomatoes 1/2-inch thick.

    Dredge in seasoned flour. Saute in margarine until golden brown on both sides.

    Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar.
