Sauteed Frog Legs

- 32 pairs frog legs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- cracker crumbs (powdered)
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Wash legs and let dry in air.

2Dust generously with salt and pepper and roll in cracker crumbs.

3Melt butter over high heat. Brown and add frog legs.

4Saute 1 1/2 minutes and turn.

5When legs curl, remove from heat and serve at once.
-
6If a crisp joint is preferred, pour butter from pan and saute legs another minute, shaking them to prevent burning.
