- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except salmon.

2Pour mixture over salmon in shallow glass pan.

3Marinate 1 hour.

4Preheat nonstick skillet; remove fillets from marinade and saute 5 minutes on each side.

5Remove to warm platter.

6Bring remaining marinade to a boil; pour over fillets and serve.
