  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. spinach, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Heat oil and butter in skillet.

    Saute onion for 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until just wilted.

    Add raisins and walnuts and toss altogether.
