- 3 zucchini squash, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel raw sweet potatoes and slice into rounds about 1/4-inch thick.
