Sauteed Veal Chops

Ingredients
- 2 + Tbsp. butter
- 4 rib or loin veal chops (1 inch thick; not shoulder)
- salt
- pepper (white)
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 1 pkg. brown gravy
Directions

1Heat butter in skillet.

2Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown slowly on both sides, about 20 minutes.

3Remove chops; place on serving plates.

4Add wine and some of prepared gravy (to thicken and taste).

5Bring to a boil, scraping loose all the brown particles from skillet.

6Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon juices over meat.

7Enjoy.
