  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • salt to taste

Directions

    In a 3-quart saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and return to saucepan.

    Add cream cheese and stir until blended.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.

    Put mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Set casserole in a preheated 350° oven and bake until mixture is hot throughout, 20 to 30 minutes.
