- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Mott's(R) Original Applesauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and white pepper in a bowl.
