- 2 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. green pepper
- 1 tomato, peeled and seeded
- dash of dried dill weed or thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- few grains pepper
- 1 c. frozen or canned fordhook lima beans or green beans
Directions

1Melt butter in a 3-cup saucepan with cover.

2Add onion and green pepper; cover and cook a few minutes.

3Add tomatoes, dill weed, salt and pepper; mix well.

4Add lima beans.

5Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes.

6Makes 2 servings.
