- 15 ounces greens (collards, turnip, mustard, kale or mixed greens)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dry onion
Directions

1Open up the can of greens.

2(You can use any type of greens that you like.

3You could use spinach too.)

4Put the greens into a quart-sized sauce pan.

5Add the margarine, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar or honey, and onion.

6Stir it up, coating everything evenly with the seasonings.

7Put the lid on the pan and bring to a boil.

8When they boil, reduce the heat and simmer over low heat for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
