- 1-1/3 cups flour
- 3 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 egg

- 1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix flour and baking powder; set aside.

3Combine milk and cornmeal in separate bowl; set aside.

4Beat egg, onions and mustard until well blended.

5Place butter and sugar in large bowl; beat with electric mixture on medium speed until light and fluffy.

6Add flour mixture alternately with the mustard mixture, beating until well blended after each addition.

7Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.

8Bake 30 to 40 min.

9or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

10Cool 10 min.

11Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
