- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions

1In bowl, pour 3 tablespoons soy sauce over pork.

2On plate, combine sugar and flour and roll pork cubes in sugar-flour mixture.

3Pour oil in wok or skillet and preheat, uncovered.

4Add 1/2 of pork and stir-fry 3 minutes or until browned.

5Remove or push up sides.

6Add remaining pork and stir-fry.

7Reduce heat to medium-low.

8Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

9Remove pork.

10In small bowl, mix cold water and cornstarch.

11Stir slowly in meat drippings.

12Add remaining soy sauce.

13Cook until thickened.

14Add meat and walnuts.

15Cook 3 minutes, then serve.
