- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 6 medium potatoes, quartered
- 6 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1In Dutch oven in hot oil, brown roast.

2Spoon off fat and add mushroom soup, onion soup mix and 1 cup of water.

3Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
