- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 c. hot water
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1/8 tsp. savory
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon in water; set aside.

2In large skillet over low heat, melt butter.

3Add onion; cook 5 minutes.

4Add rice; stir until coated with butter.

5Add bouillon liquid and seasonings. Mix well.

6Bring mixture to a boil.

7Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.

8Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
