- 1 (1 lb.) lean boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick)
- 1/4 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed, or 3/4 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
- 1 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Trim fat from steak.

2Combine rosemary and pepper; sprinkle over steak.

3Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine and place over medium heat until margarine melts.

4Add steak and cook 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.

5Remove steak from skillet; transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.

6Combine yogurt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan.

7Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated (do not boil).

8Spoon sauce over warm steak. Sprinkle with parsley.
