- 3 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. salad dressing
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 lb. frankfurters, split lengthwise
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. green onions
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mash potatoes; add salad dressing, beating until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, celery, onions and pickle; mix lightly.

4Fill franks with potato mixture.

5Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
