  • 3 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c. salad dressing
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 lb. frankfurters, split lengthwise
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mash potatoes; add salad dressing, beating until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, celery, onions and pickle; mix lightly.
