- flour
- 2 sausage patties
- water
- milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a black skillet, put margarine.

2Let melt over low heat. When melted, add a little flour and sausage patties, that have been cooked, drained and chopped, but do not let flour brown.

3You want this to be a white gravy.

4Mix and add half water and milk to make gravy as thick or thin as you like.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.
