  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and stir by hand.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake in preheated 325° oven approximately 30 minutes until glossy and set.

    Serve warm with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
