Name: Sawdust Salad
Ingredients: 1 box lemon Jell-O; 1 box orange Jell-O; 2 c. hot water; 1 1/2 c. cold water; 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained; 2 bananas, diced; 40 small marshmallows; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 egg, beaten; 2 Tbsp. flour; 1 c. drained pineapple juice; 1/2 pt. whipping cream; 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese; 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar)

1 box lemon Jell-O
1 box orange Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, diced
40 small marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. drained pineapple juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar)

Dissolve Jell-O into hot water.

Add cold water.

Add fruit and marshmallows, chill until congealed.

Cook next four ingredients until thick and allow to cool.

Spread the cooled mixture over Jell-O mixture. Whip the whipping cream and blend cream cheese.

Spread over Jell-O mixture.

Sprinkle grated cheese over top and chill.
