  • 1/2 ounce pastis
  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 4 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 1 lemon twist

Directions

    Rinse a chilled rocks glass with the pastis.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon twist and shake well.

    Strain into the rocks glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
