- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp chopped scallions
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 grams all-purpose flour
- 425 ml milk
- 225 ml water
Directions

1With a tablespoon of the oil sautee the chopped chives.

2Beat the eggs plus the other 2 egg yolks.

3Sieve the flour and add the eggs to it.

4Season with salt.

5Slowly add the water and the milk balways stir until you have a creamy batter.

6Keep stirring as you add the rest of the oil and the chives.

7Heat a nonstick pan and once it's smoking hot, put a ladle of the batter.

8Let it jell (without let itbbrown on the underside) and roll it.

9Take out of the pan.
